How does it work?
After purchasing PDFeXPLODE, the staff at REAL/Easy will help you setup the
emailing and special billing invoice programs. You will need to have an SMTP
email service. The setup will include formatting the email subject, email
body, invoice format and payment instructions. Graphics can also be used
within the invoice. Once these are setup, you can begin emailing your
monthly invoices to your agents instead of printing and manually
distributing or mailing. Each agent would receive an email with their
invoice attached as a pdf file. They simply click on the attachment to print
their invoice.
What does it cost?
- First, you must have
REAL/Easy version 14.11 - so that means you must be current with your
service plan. If you are not current, call/email
sales@realeasy.com for a quote for getting current.
- You would purchase
PDFeXPLODE using the link below for $349.
- The setup charge of
$500 will be billed to you form REAL/Easy for helping you configure and
test PDFeXPLODE, setup and test send the
email's text content, and build and test the invoice format including
payment instructions.
What other benefits are
there?
- If you do not use agent
billing, you can substitute setting up emailing of either the agent
statements or the agent earnings and awards reports for emailing to the
agents.
- REAL/Easy is adding
features throughout the system to enable you to email reports to agents
and/or office managers. These features will be automatically available
at no extra charge once PDFeXPLODE is setup.
- For customers using
custom reports, or wishing to have new custom reports built, this
emailing capability can be incorporated enabling the emailing of
virtually any account, production, letters, reports, follow-up to anyone
