We here
have always wondered, “Why does that Stark Company keep pushing us”.
When they heard that we purchased the BOS system in Canada last
December, the phone lines lit up. “Just in time for you to fix the
1099’s” they said. Correct, and fix them we did, and print them they
did! In the first week of January!

almost at the same time, one of Mike’s assistants, Tracy, has already
printed copies for the agents ready for distribution to the branches!
And all in the first week of January!
So, our
customer, The Stark Company, has pushed us here at REAL/Easy from 1986
through today – 20 years! We’ve worked with them in the ’90’s when Phil
Stark was also NAR President. We’ve setup the many “custom” reports for
Dave Stark, Phil’s son who now runs the operation.
“So what
drives this company?” we ask.
We found
a lot of clues at the Main Office. One, above, an old newspaper ad, was
to us a “pioneer” type program offered during the war. The program
helped Madison citizens purchase land so they could grow their own food
and food for others as well as invest in their futures.
