Coldwell
Banker The Real Estate Group in Appleton Wisconsin, is one of the top
Coldwell Banker companies nationwide. And we congratulate them on
achieving the Billion Dollar milestone!
The
company continues to expand in 2005 with the August 1 acquisition of
former affiliate Coldwell Banker X-SELL Real Estate located an hour east
in Manitowoc, a Lake Michigan shore industrial and vacation community.

Using The Real Estate Group’s new BOS version 14, the staff at
REAL/Easy was able to convert the CB X-Sell from an earlier version
of REAL/Easy on July 29th.

This
data was then added to the main REAL/Easy database as a new office
location.

On
August 1, the closing department staff at The Real Estate Group’s
main office was able to process closings from the new Manitowoc
branch.

On
August 1, the branch personnel in Manitowoc were able to login into
REAL/Easy for entry of new listings and accepted offers.

On
August 1, company management was able to run reports to get a
business pulse on the new branch as well as view the impact the new
branch may have on near future total company business.
