Enhanced – CA4 Agent Commission Entry Screens.

A few enhancements have been made for entry of the agent commissions for transactions which should help clarify the items on the form as well as verify the expected revenue calculations for report and award purposes.

Above – When a commission plan is assigned or a percentage split is entered, the amount the “Agent Splits On” is specified. This setting determines the amount that is placed in the column to the left of the split percentage. To help understand the item being split on, the column heading for the amount is reset to match the particular “splits on” selected.

Another example, display showing split on as “AGCI”. The amount placed in the column is obtained from the “Allocated Incomes” tab.

Above, improvements to the Allocated Incomes tab. : expanded to review/enter revenue allocations and show company dollar calculation.

Two new rows have been added:

• CA4 Agent Commission for the list and sell sides and total. These figures are obtained from the Commission Worksheet tab.
• IA5 Company Dollar calculation is shown to help check the entry of all revenue and commission amounts. The display enables easy verification of the company dollar that is to be awarded – especially for commission plans that are based on company dollar. Company Dollar is NAGCI (IA4) less Agent Commission (CA4).

A “Totals” column has also been added. This provides totals for all allocations and the agent commission.
