NEW – Using the A50 Trend Analysis

Use the Trend Analysis reports to view and compare month to month production levels over an entire year. The production that can be analyzed include:
Units
• Volume
• GCI
• AGCI
• NAGCI
• Agent Gross earnings
• Company Dollar

Trend Analysis can help at three levels:
Company level for owners, CEO’s, and general managers;
Office level for branch managers and administrators,
• and Agent level to assist agents who are working towards increasing business levels and analyzing production strengths and weaknesses.

Above is a sample company wide trend analysis for close units by Sale Type. In addition to Sale type, units trend can be analyzed by property type, (e.g. single family, multi-family, condo), and by district (e.g. East Side, North Side, Milwaukee, Hales Corners).

At the company wide and office levels, the trend by agent can be analyzed. This is illustrated with A50-14 above where the agent GCI trend by agent in the North Branch is analyzed.

For multi-office companies, office trends can be analyzed with A50-05. Above illustrates an office trend analysis of GCI.

Company level and Office level Trend reports are setup using the above form. All Transaction types and All offices, or any combination can be selected. When multiple offices are selected, the statistics are combined in the company level trend reports and separated with office level trend reports.

Other selections include:

• Project – All or a single project can be selected
• Statistic – Select one of: Units, Volume, GCI, AGCI, NAGCI, Agent Gross, Company Dollar.
• Year – Select the year to analyze
• Production – Select Closed or Open Sales (accepted offer). Open Sales are analyzed by Pending date.

The agent level activity reports are operated with the above screen.

Agent tab: select all or one or more agents.
Trans Type tab: select all or specific transaction types
Office tab: agents for all or selected offices can be made

Other selections include:

Project – All or a single project can be selected
Agent Status – All, Active, or Terminated can be selected for inclusion in the report.
Year – Select the year to analyze
Statistic – Select one of: Units, Volume, GCI, AGCI, NAGCI, Agent Gross, Company Dollar.
Agent Start Dates -  All agents or agents having a specified time range can be selected.
Production – Select Closed or Open Sales (accepted offer). Open Sales are analyzed by Pending date.
