Broker Owners, managers and agents concentrate on keeping all three activities at a constant or increasing level. The new A41 analysis reports help monitor these levels. Company level reports show detail of the activities as well as summarizing monthly totals and providing a company level summary. Branch managers would use the Office Level report to monitor the branch activity levels. When assisting agents or doing agent reviews, managers can use the Agent Level activity reports to help. This is of the A41-21 Agent level Detailed Activity report. This summary is handy for viewing activity levels over a longer period of time.
![]() The last summaries will provide overall totals for the entire company, or totals by office, or, for agent level, totals for all the agents. ![]() Above is a sample of the agent level “Summarize by Agent”. This is a handy format for managers to observe and compare in one report, how each agent is running their business. ![]() A sample of the A41-13 – Office Summary – illustrates how office total activities can be compared. ![]() CompanyWide Activity reports are setup using the above form.
