Enhanced – Close Transaction Processing Screen.

To assist in training of new closing department personnel and improve processing efficiency, the Close Transaction processing screen has been enhanced.

With the Close Transaction screen, the transaction(s) to close are located. One by one each transaction is highlighted and the various closing steps are taken.

At the bottom of the screen these steps are now arranged in order from 1 through 6. This makes it clearer for new operators and, since the first step is usually to Edit, this button is easy to locate compared to the previous versions.

Also, since edit is usually the first step, the highlight “double click” has been changed to perform the transaction edit, not pay commissions as previous.
