Convenient new Content for the File Menu
bar.

To
speed access and better organize key BOS setups the entire “File”
menu bar has been re-arranged.
The
File drop down menu provides the logout/Exit and the option to switch to
another company database.
The
Basic Setup drop down provides access to the key data setups that are
required to begin entering listings and sales and processing closings.
Most companies will start tracking the business after the company
information, offices, and agents setups are completed.
The
Advanced setup options are typically used in larger companies who wish
to automate more processing steps commission payment and agent billing
maintenance.

The
“Preference” setups are used to maintain the various lookup tables to
help track listings and sales or speed up data entry.
