– Security and Controls
tab. Security and Controls provides setups in three main areas: User
Access. Operations, and Task Manager.
User
Access:

Setup
Users: use to add new users for BOS/FOS/AOS as well as change
access levels for existing users. Users can be either Company,
Office, or Agent level. Access levels for general commands and
report only commands can be assigned to each user.

Setup
Menu Access: use to set the level required to operate each
command in REAL/Easy. Levels can be from 0 through 9 for general
commands and 1 through 0 for reporting commands. The level 0
provides access to all commands. If a user is set to level 5 that
means they can access commands set to levels 5 through 9 but not
commands set to levels 0 through 4.

Edit
Field Labels: use to change the field names displayed with some
of REAL/Easy’s screens. His is most used for setting descriptions
for the various user defined fields.
Operations:

Commissions Templates – Setups for pre-defined sales transaction
splits

Forms
and Checks - Note that the setup for specifying agent, broker,
trust, invoice reports is within “Operations” option “Forms and
Checks”.

Trust
Types – setup escrow/trust payment types for the “Other Trust
Checks” closing option.

Letters
– setup form letters for use with transaction information.

Custom
Crystal Reports – setup menus for users to run custom reports
that are programmed for the company.
Task
Manager: Options to maintain plan names, activities, and activity
plans (groups of activities).
