Want to Print Seller/Buyer Labels for your Company, a Branch, or for your Agents? ![]() Often, agents ask managers and staff “can you give me labels or an address list of my clients?”. In REAL/Easy, version 14, this is now possible with the very flexible listing and transaction labels commands. There are two options that can be used:
The Listing Labels print dialog is quite flexible. As illustrated above you can select to print labels for all or selected offices. This means you could print labels to your sellers for a branch mailing. To print labels for a particular agent, select that agent from the “Agent” drop-down list. Note the other selections in the bottom half of the dialog: Street Name – select only sellers having properties on a certain street. From and To List price – select a certain price segment.
Date Type – select the sellers using any of the above date ranges. E.g. sellers that listed in the last week, or last week’s sellers who had open houses.
For Contact Type – usually you would be doing labels for sellers, but you may want labels for other contact types.
Select Avery Label – A number of 2 and 3 across formats are programmed.
Further, there are 4 tabs that enable more selections to help you target your follow-up and marketing efforts. Listing Property Type – enables targeting selected types such as residential or commercial or maybe just condos.
Listing District – allows targeting of selected neighborhoods. (Usually districts are set to the MLS areas and are hooked into the MLS import module – but can be setup any way desired
Select Listing Status – if you are keeping your listing status’s up to date, you can print labels only for certain purposes here too.
Above – sample 3 across labels. Important: if you are selecting labels for certain agents, the agent must be assigned to the contacts. This is done on the contact screen (“Contacts” tab) within the listing edit. Transaction Labels:
The Transaction Labels print dialog is also quite flexible. As illustrated above you can select to print labels for all or selected offices and/or projects. This means you could print labels to your buyers for a branch mailing who signed accepted offers last month who have not closed yet. To print labels for a particular agent, select that agent from the “Agent” drop-down list. Note the other selections in the bottom half of the dialog:
Date Type – select the buyers using any of the above date ranges. E.g. buyers that signed accepted offers in the last week, or last year anniversary closed buyers.
For Contact Type – select to print labels to buyers, sellers, or any other type of contact.
Select transactions of certain Status’ – e.g. only currently Pending sales as illustrated.
Select Avery Label – A number of 2 and 3 across formats are programmed.
Important targeting can be accomplished selecting from the “Property/Transaction Types” tab. As shown above certain property types, e.g. residential, can be targeted. Further, certain transaction types can be selected. As shown above, only buyer controlled sales are to be targeted by selecting the “CL-FS” (Co-OpBroker – Firm-Sale), and inhouse sale FL-FS (Firm List – Firm Sale) transaction types.
Above – sample 2 across labels. Important: if you are selecting labels for certain agents, the agent must be assigned to the contacts. This is done on the contact screen (“Contacts” tab) within the transaction edit.
