Agent Billing Improvements Speed Item Entry and Verification

A number of improvements are available for operators who enter agent bill items to help verify current and past amounts billed.

To help select and clarify the office that billed items are applied to, the agent’s current office is included now in the agent name list in step “1. Select Agent(s) to Bill”.  

Important Note/Clarification:  When an item is billed to an agent, the office ID is the current office the agent is assigned to. This means that multi-office companies can bill agents from multiple offices all in one step. It is no longer necessary to setup billing items for each office now that the agent’s assigned office determines which office the bill applies to.
