Customers are cheering now that they no longer need to stop and load their printer trays or manual feed slot with legal paper. Previously,  many of the agent commission and transaction sales reports were spread out 14 inches. Over 50 reports have now been re-programmed to print on letter sized paper.

Former “legal” sized “Standard Reports” we have re-programmed to print on letter size (still landscape of course) include:

• ·    Agent tab – “ 5 Production By” reports – and now combined into the “By Date” command button.

• ·    Agent tab – “Commission Paid”

• ·    Transactions tab – “By “ date reports – and now 4 reports combined to “List by” command button.

• ·    Transactions tab – “By G/L Journal”

• ·    Transactions tab – “Volume” reports – and now 5 reports combined to the “Transaction Volume” command button.

• ·    Transactions tab – “GCI” reports – and now 5 reports combined to the “Transaction Volume” command button.

• ·    Transactions tab – “AGCI” reports – and now 5 reports combined to the “Transaction Volume” command button.

• ·    Transactions tab – a NEW similar to AGCI reports – the  “Transaction Company Dollar” has been added.

• ·    Transactions tab – “Other Broker Commissions” (and moved to “Transactions” tab from previous Other Broker tab.

• ·    General Ledger tab – Transaction Journal

• ·    Setup – Edit Agent command – Agent Volume reports

• ·    General Ledger Module – Browse Trust Ledger

• ·    General Ledger Module – Check Book Register

Besides converting to letter size, a other improvements have also been programmed in the reports.  On some, unneeded columns were removed. For others, columns have been rearranged. And, for a number of the reports, menu clutter has been removed by combining multiple versions of the same report have been combined into one menu option. For office level reports, office names have been added to the display (where previously only office ID was displayed).

A number of Agent reports have been changed from legal to letter. Menu access has been simplified as well.  (Note that the Agent reports are found within the “Agent” tab of the “Standard Reports” module).

The four agent “Production” reports are now accessed from one command: “Production by Date”.  We have done this for a number of reasons:

• ·    to simplify or “clean-up” the menus in REAL/Easy,

• ·    to make the report operation similar to the newer reports we are adding,

• ·    to simplify the security setups for the reports,

• ·    and to make room for other date types that we will be introducing soon.

The report run dialog will let you choose the type of date range you wish to select with – see the following:

As shown above, the combined production reports have a new “Date Type” selection. Here the operator can specify that the sales to be included in the report are based on the Pending, Offer written, Close, or Cancel date.
