The Agent and Staff entry screen has been reorganized improve convenience and grouping of related information. A number of new items requested by many customers have also been added.

Related hire items type, office, status, start date and termination date are grouped together now on the Agent Information tab. Previously, these items were spread out on both the Agent Information and Confidential tabs.

Many companies track and reward agents who recruit new agents into the company. The new item, “Recruiting” has been added to record who recruited a new agent.

Other companies assign mentor agents to new inexperienced agents. The added item “Mentor” can now be used to record this assignment.

A number of companies help organize and track the formation of agent teams. A “Team Name” item has been added to record the team an agent is a member of. This is a “drop down” item that must be setup within the “Preferences” – see following.

Prior to assigning team names to agents, the teams must be added in the Teams reference table. As shown above, this table is accessed through “Add/Edit Teams”.
