Adding
Trust Check “Explanation” added to the Check Stub
To improve the
information on the trust check stubs, the ability to print the “Explanation”
entered when issuing a check from escrow/trust has been added to the BOS
check printer.
For the “standard
HP” type check formats included in the BOS system, the explanation will be
printed right below the property street address as shown above.
If you are using
the “standard” check print “Report Names” as shown above for your trust
checks, this update will be installed automatically. View your setup by
going to Preferences -> ‘Custom Report/Check Selection”.
There are six
escrow/trust check types as shown above:

If you have
modified or modified and changed the name of any of your check formats the
explanation print can be added to the check stub as follows:
Using Crystal
Reports version 8.5 or 8.0, load your check print report(s) into the Crystal
design editor to add a formula field named “Explanation” as shown below:
After this field is
added, then it must be places onto the check print report.
