Audit NAGCI Allocations Report.

 A new report has been added to assist the pending and closed sale processors review the agent allocations of NAGCI – Net Adjusted Gross Commission Income.  This is the revenue figure from each sale transaction that is allocated to each list and sell side agent within each commission.

 These allocations are important because the company dollar figure is calculated using the NAGCI allocation amounts in many of the REAL/Easy reports. If NAGCI allocations are not done correctly, you may find that the company dollar figures in your reports are not consistent. The audit report will help you find these inconsistencies so they can be corrected.

 The report compares the total NAGCI to the amount allocated to each agent so that discrepancies can be corrected.

The report is accessed from the Standard Reports – “Transactions” tab.

Either closed or pending transactions can be audited.

Above is a sample of a closed sale audit of a selected closed date range.  For each transaction, individual agent (CA4) NAGCI allocations are detailed and totaled in the “Allocated NAGCI” column. This total is compared to the previous “Transaction NAGCI” column and the “Difference” is displayed. If the difference is not 0.00 there is a need to edit the transaction to correct the difference.
