improvements increase appointment entry efficiency
A number of improvements have been added to the FOS appointment entry screen. They are designed to speed information entry for the operator who is on the phone with the caller.
The first entry for the appointment screen is to identify the showing agent. The roster name drop down is most often used to locate the showing agent. If the operator cannot quickly locate the showing agent from the drop downs, the agent name can be simply entered in the “Agent Name” item back lighted in yellow. Other information such as phone number and email address can also be entered if not obtained from the lookups. Often, the agent may provide their MLS / Public ID so to help the operator, a new drop down to locate by “Agent ID” has been added to the search.

Another adjustment has been made to speed appointment time entry. The default times are set to the top of an hour and as the from time is entered the “to” time is automatically set to one hour later.
