Enhancements to the Agent/Staff Browse and Search. ![]() To improve searching and information displayed on the agent/staff browse, four new columns have been added:
At the top of the window all or a selected office can be assigned for the display. For display and search the operator can now also select the status of the agents/staff, commonly this just the “Active” s are viewed..
Above illustrates a browse set to display only “Active” agents/staff in OFFICE2”. To save time locating agent records, especially in larger companies, the operator can enter the agent ID into the search “box”:
Illustrated is entry of the agent ID “7” and the quick highlight of the agent’s record. Note that either an agent ID or the agent name can be entered in the search box. Enhancements to Adding Agents/Staff
In version 14, clicking “Add”, now presents a small wizard suggesting a new agent ID. This ID is numeric only now and does not use the previous versions bothersome “OFFICE2605” type ID. The operator can type over the number suggested. Click “OK” to continue
Next, the agent / staff entry form is presented. To speed entry, assumptions for all required items except the name are assigned:
Any and all of these “presets” can be changed. Also, the pre-entry of the calendar year for the Commission plan had been requested by many customers to save entry time – especially if the agent’s plan details are not known yet or the entry is for an employee
