Office Table expansion.

A number of items have been added to the Office table. These items will be used in future reports and the accounting interface.

 The Financial Department ID can be used to assign the department ID assigned to the office within the financial accounting system. This can be helpful when laying out accounting system export definitions where the accounting system’s department ID is different that the BOS office id.

 The office can also be assigned to a Division or group, in the company. Division is a new table and are setup with Preferences.

 The office can be assigned a status as well as a start date. If the office is closed, you can record the end date and change the status to “Inactive”.

 A new table named Business has been added to BOS. This can be used to identify the type of business the office in involved in.
