The REAL/Easy Program Group

When you install REAL/Easy Version 14, a new program group is created named “REAL Easy”.  Besides being able to start BOS or FOS, a number of other convenient options are included.

To use the REAL Easy program group, click on your “Start” button and move to the “Programs” option. This displays the program groups. Locate and click on “REAL Easy”.

The above options are provided by the REAL Easy program group:

• Database Rebuild – repairs and Upgrade Training the company database

• REAL Easy Agent Access Center – this option starts the Agent Office System (AOS).
• REAL Easy BOS – start the Back Office System
• REAL Easy Email Server – start the email server for use within AOS, BOS, or FOS.
• REAL Easy FOS – start the Front Office System
• REAL Easy Paging Server – start the REAL Easy paging server for use within BOS and FOS.
• REAL Easy Task Manager – start the task manager for your daily desktop use.
• Switch Company – reset the login to another company database.
